May 23, 2012 at 7:29 PM At the end of our little adventures from yesterday, we decided that we were too close to the water to not try and find it. So, we did just that! It was the sweetest little discovery in St. Joseph. I will definitely be going back.
It was amazing. These pictures don't even do it justice. See you again in June, lake Michigan!
May 22, 2012 at 7:04 PM Yesterday I went on quite the adventure! I'm on a work trip and we were sent on a three hour drive from Chicago to Michigan so what did we do to make it better?! Stop at random signs along the highway.
The first stop was The Chocolate Garden that really didn't live up to the hype (from all those billboards)! Lot's of truffles. I haven't tasted the ones I got yet but when I do I'll let you know if I want to give them some points back. Next was cider tasting! 24 flavors of cider. It was amazing! And what better for cider tasting than cider donuts? I was in heaven. I ended up bringing the peach flavored cider back with me. The last stop we couldn't passed up AT ALL. Chocolate. Covered. Bacon. It was amazeballs. The jalapeno version. Even better.
Yea, that was a lot of adventuring! And that wasn't even the best part! I'll be back with my favorite part tomorrow. If you follow me on instagram (kiarene) or twitter (_kiarene), sshhh! Don't ruin it!

To say that I am in love with the video would be a complete understatement! Two things I love: dance and Asian men! I danced for 10 years growing up and there aren't many days that I don't miss it. I will be learning the choreography. And hello hot guy in the tan shirt, will you marry me? Now?

Jada Pinkett Smith is quite the inspiration. I loved watching this moment between her mother and daughter. Thinking I should have a few red table talks of my own. Watching this had me about to cry! It's beautiful.
